Stanley Alarm Systems was founded in Bay City, Michigan by Stanley Stockwell.

1979 - Stanley Alarm Systems Sold

Stanley Alarm Systems was acquired by Raymond and Claude Roy.

2010 - Stanley Alarm Systems Acquired

Leo Wanstreet, owner of Alarm Management Corporation, acquired Stanley Alarm Systems.

2012 - Rebranded

Stanley Alarm Systems was rebranded to Solucient Security.

2012 - New Headquarters

New headquarters opened in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

2023 - Expanded Footprint

Solucient Security expanded its market into Illinois.
